JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Logistics IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and applications that support logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics processes, strong technical proficiency, and excellent problem-solving abilities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations through technology.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Analyze logistics and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement through IT solutions.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement IT systems and applications to support logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation management, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and scalability of logistics IT systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for logistics IT systems, working closely with end users and IT
support teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics systems with other enterprise applications, such as Oracle and WM.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support logistics IT solutions.
Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party logistics software and tools.
Contribute to the development of IT policies, standards, and procedures related to logistics and supply chain
technology.

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proven experience working in logistics or supply chain IT roles, with a strong understanding of logistics processes and industry-specific challenges.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python), database management systems (e.g., SQL,
Oracle), and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, EDI).
Experience with logistics and supply chain management software, such as TMS, WMS, and inventory
management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and
translate them into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end users.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Industry certifications (e.g., APICS, PMI, ITIL) related to logistics, supply chain, or IT management are a plus.
