Job Description Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Support 7-Eleven, Inc. (SEI)/7&i Holdings (7&i)/Seven-Eleven Japan (SEJ) tripartite communications through precise and adequate translation of English and Japanese. Responsible for coordinating regular and Ad-hoc executive meetings, executive visits, as well as supporting preparation of materials on Finance and IR activities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Translation of executive communication materials used between SEI and 7&i/SEJ.
• Coordinate executive meetings, other Ad-hoc meetings, and executive visits.
• Support Group Company & Investor Relations on related requests from 7&i/SEJ and Ad-hoc Executive requests.
• Documentation of meeting cadence between SEI/7&i/SEJ.
• Support preparation of meeting material on Business activities.
• Act as clear and trusted connector of SEI/7&i/SEJ.
• Understand and stay up-to-date on both U.S. and Japanese convenience retail industry trends, competitive landscape and internal business development efforts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: TOEIC: 850, TOEFL 90 or equivalent (**Upon consideration, please provide TOEIC or TOEFL score on resume**)
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• 2+ years of experience in English/Japanese translation.
• Advanced business writing and communication skills both in English and Japanese.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with excellent time management skills under strict, deadline-oriented working environment.
• Excellent technical capabilities on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
