You will receive a benefits package outlining those benefits specific to you. If you are interested in employment in a franchised or licensed store, please contact the appropriate Franchisee or licensee for more information concerning the benefit plans they offer.
Medical
For full-time employees and their eligible dependents, 7‑Eleven offers a high deductible health plan with optional HSA and a copay style plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you elect medical coverage, you also are eligible for prescription drug coverage. A vision plan is available for full-time employees as well.
Dental
Two dental options are available to full-time employees, including a preferred provider organization (PPO) and a prepaid dental program.
Profit Sharing/ 401K
Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan is available to all employees after 90 days of employment.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Occupational Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is available to store employees at no cost. In addition, Basic Term Life insurance is available at no cost to all employees. Optional Term Life and AD&D for additional coverage for full-time employees and their eligible dependents is available.
Time Off
The company offers paid time off for holidays, vacation, sick time, jury duty and bereavement.
