Job Description
Our NEW store is going to be slammin' - but everything is under control. Why? Because you're going to be there providing the highest level of service to each customer - every transaction, every time.
Interviewing for full or part-time sales associates. Starting Rate $13.50-$14/hour
Must be available to work 10p-6a including weekends and holidays.
This franchised 7-Eleven is located at 13677 Immokalee Rd Naples 34120 in the new Randall @ OrangeTree Center.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Previous experience in a retail environment, with a focus on cashiering, customer service, and stocking is appreciated.
You must be responsible, detail oriented, an efficient multi-tasker and able to work at a very quick pace. The ability to upsell to customers & ask for 7rewards is mandatory. The position requires constant standing, bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity. Frequent lifting of one to five pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds is required.

What might you do?
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Drive sales through effective communication with customers
- Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your franchisee’s store
- Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control)
- Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
- Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)
- Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors
