Employee Service Center Processor
Job ID R24_0000001079This job is in the Employee Service Center, 7-Eleven's contact center for Human Resources Services. We answer calls from employees and management on Payroll, Leave of Absence and other general personnel questions. This position works daily with our employees, both store and non-store, Operations, Human Resources, Payroll, Personnel Administration and Leave of Absence.
Core Job Responsibilities:
• Answer employee calls regarding Payroll and Leave of Absence questions/issues.
• Assist Store Leaders and other end users with various HR system processes, such as performance appraisals, time entry, direct deposits, new hires, separations, etc.
• Assist employees, Store Leaders and Area Leaders with onboarding questions.
• Assist store management with time system questions and training.
• Assist in the data entry/processing of confidential personnel information into various HR systems.
• Reset various HR system passwords.
• Respond to emails sent to the department mailbox as requested.
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned by the Coordinator or Supervisor.
Work Experience Desired:
• Customer Service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience in either Personnel Administration, Payroll or Human Resources is a plus
Education Level: High School graduate or equivalent
Other Skills:
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A desire to serve others
• Work well in a team environment
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Be flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Possess a strong willingness to learn
If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
