▶ About This Opportunity
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assist in the development of analytics and reporting that is necessary to strengthen store localization recommendations that drive bottom line results
- Partner with various functional areas (Store Operations, New Store Product Flow, Store Design, IT, Merchants, Planning, etc.) that interact with the Merchandise presentation team and support ad hoc reporting and analytical recommendations
- Creates, maintains, and administers Merchandise tools and reporting to measure productivity of items and platforms
- Manage and maintain processes and tools to ensure efficient/effective transition from corporate strategic planning to store level execution
- Define data requirements to lead Merchandise analytics
- Prepare materials to be utilized in management decks to support communication of merchandise strategies throughout the organization, assessing both internal strategies and the external environment to deliver new business insights

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Showcases ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities while consistently executing at a high level
- Experience in taking multiple data points to form a storyline that can effectively illustrate the business case and communicates key takeaways to different audiences
- Experience with Microsoft office suite and data analysis tools (PowerBI, Circana, Datalake, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service to Merchandising organization through analytics, execution, and verification
