Job Summary:
Responsible for the success of 7-Eleven Global Technology (7GT) Platform segment. Working with the Engineering Team to develop componentized technology products that can be sold as a service to existing International Licensees or can be used to operate a 7-Eleven business in a new market. Work with Regional Directors and New Market Entry Director to obtain to gain alignment with local technology leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
- 7GT Platform Strategy: Responsible for developing the vision and strategy for segments of the 7GT platform. Act as overarching project manager to maintain and execute a multi-product roadmap. Conduct stakeholder management to gain alignment on that vision, strategy, and roadmap with the leader of 7GT.
- 7GT Platform Implementation: Oversee and execute implementation of segments of 7GT platform that will consist of multiple technology products based on existing solutions at 7-Eleven, Inc. Utilize products and platforms to support International New Market Entry. Manage team to execute portions of the segments of 7GT platform. Define, measure, evaluate and report KPI’s for those segments of 7GT.
- Global IT Solutions: Assist in identifying, localizing, and implementing 7-Eleven Inc. technology solutions in different countries.
- 7IN IT Support: Provide technical assistance to digitally enable the 7-Eleven International, LLC. organization or support tasks as directed by manager.

Education and Experience:
Education: B.S. Computer Science
Experience:
- 10+ years of product execution/technology implementation background
- 10+ years of managing +30 resources/multiple products
- 5+ years of global software experience
- 3+ years in Merchandising and/or Marketing
Language Skills: English proficiency
Travel Requirements: 15%
