JOB SUMMARY:

The Learning Program Manager will design, development, and implement new programs / curricula based on audience or portfolio assigned, ensuring that our programs are delivered seamlessly and achieve their learning impact. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and excels at translating organizational strategies into program objectives and goals. This role requires experience designing and developing learning programs end-to-end—from conception through implementation. It also requires someone who can effectively communicate and influence senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to gain alignment and commitment. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing customized programs in the most effective and efficient way and aligned to our organizational Leadership Principles. You will have the unique and exciting opportunity to develop best-in-class development programs from the ground up for a well-known international brand.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Conduct needs assessments to determine business gaps and priorities
  • Design various learning curricula and programs
  • Develop high quality/high impact learning solutions (eLearning, vILT, ILT, video, etc.)
  • Manage projects/programs from initial scoping and goal setting through implementation, and business impact data collection/measurement.
  • Influence stakeholders to gain alignment and commitment to successfully implement programs
  • Partner with the Learning Delivery team and Deliver content as needed.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: CPLP, CPTD, ATD


SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to support and influence a wide range of audience types from early career to executive
  • Some experience with Graphic Design and visual learning asset development
  • Previous experience in Facilitation, Instructional Design, and Program Management
  • Excellent computer/technology skills and a predisposition for program solving
