▶ About This Opportunity
As a senior business analyst, you will be responsible for delivery of Merchandizing Technology roadmap. Merchandizing technology supports the management of product assortment, pricing and promotions platforms. We ensure our customers has personalized convenience by having the right products at the right location and in the right manner. This involves using data-driven approaches to make decisions about inventory, pricing, and promotions, while also ensuring that products are placed in the best possible positions within the store.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand requirements, priorities, and objectives.
- Collaborate with multiple development teams practicing Agile methodologies, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating testing efforts, documenting test cases, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Document business processes and acceptance criteria in Jira, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.
- Work with Master Data Management (MDM) applications, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting purposes.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful execution of Agile development practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Assist in the refinement and prioritization of product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile development process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical analysis, preferably in Agile development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working closely with product and business teams.
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and experience with PI Planning.
- Proficiency in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documenting business processes and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) applications and a working knowledge of SQL.
- Development experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
