JOB TITLE: Senior Delivery Manager

LOCATION: Irving, TX

DUTIES: Manage, supervise, and grow engineering teams, projects. Coordinate closely with Resource Managers and Product Managers to plan a deliverable’s execution, while taking responsibility for planning the management of scope, costs, and schedule. Set up a framework, best practices to ensure a successful delivery process. Oversee teams across the different stage of project/product development. Work with various stakeholders of the project instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations. Act as a liaison between different teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements; and to build partnerships and develop solutions. Ensure that the components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Responsible for project or program management using tools similar to JIRA or Rally. Utilize experience as a scrum master and/or managing using an Agile Development methodology. Work with DevOps, Github, and Jenkins. Use cloud technologies similar to Azure and Amazon Web Services.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Project Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Technical Program Manager, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years of experience in project or program management using tools similar to JIRA or Rally. Experience therein to include 3 years as a scrum master and/or managing using an Agile Development methodology; using DevOps, Github, and Jenkins; and using cloud technologies similar to Azure and Amazon Web Services.
