▶ About This Opportunity

Join Our Team! Become a key leader in our M&A/AI team at 7-Eleven! As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead strategic growth initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to analyze and execute impactful mergers and acquisitions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor the M&A Analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical support for deals.
  • Collaborate with Directors and senior management to evaluate and present M&A opportunities.
  • Drive detailed assessments of potential acquisitions, from economic modeling to transaction negotiations.
  • Interface with executives to influence strategic decisions and present findings.
  • Coordinate with legal and cross-functional teams to facilitate due diligence, closing, and integration processes.
  • Oversee M&A divestiture activities, managing valuation, and negotiations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience juggling multiple M&A projects.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent communicator, ready to engage with executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/4 Year Degree (MBA/CFA is preferred)
  • 7-10+ years of M&A/Investment Banking/Private Equity/Venture Capital/Corporate Development/Similar Experience
  • Robust experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), and/or financial modeling, quality of earnings analysis, and financial due diligence
  • MS Office Suite expertise, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Mapping/GIS Programs 
  • General understanding of Retail, C-Store and Real Estate industries; technology and start-up/emerging company knowledge is a plus.
