Join Our Team! Become a key leader in our M&A/AI team at 7-Eleven! As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead strategic growth initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to analyze and execute impactful mergers and acquisitions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the M&A Analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical support for deals.
- Collaborate with Directors and senior management to evaluate and present M&A opportunities.
- Drive detailed assessments of potential acquisitions, from economic modeling to transaction negotiations.
- Interface with executives to influence strategic decisions and present findings.
- Coordinate with legal and cross-functional teams to facilitate due diligence, closing, and integration processes.
- Oversee M&A divestiture activities, managing valuation, and negotiations.
What You Bring:
- Experience juggling multiple M&A projects.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communicator, ready to engage with executives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/4 Year Degree (MBA/CFA is preferred)
- 7-10+ years of M&A/Investment Banking/Private Equity/Venture Capital/Corporate Development/Similar Experience
- Robust experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), and/or financial modeling, quality of earnings analysis, and financial due diligence
- MS Office Suite expertise, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Mapping/GIS Programs
- General understanding of Retail, C-Store and Real Estate industries; technology and start-up/emerging company knowledge is a plus.
