JOB SUMMARY:

The Supplier Support Supervisor – Vendor On-Boarding is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of vendor integration and onboarding projects, ensuring successful implementation and seamless integration of new vendors into the company’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of urgency when business operations are impacted and takes swift action to resolve issues. This individual proactively manages daily priorities, removes obstacles for the team, and ensures key milestones and deadlines are met. This role leads and directly supervises the Vendor Onboarding Team, providing direction, performance management, training, and ongoing development to ensure consistent execution of onboarding standards and timelines.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Assign cross-functional responsibilities to team members, ensuring alignment with targeted go-live dates.
  • Monitor the progress of vendor setups and resolve any roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
  • Conducts 1:1 at least once per month with each team member to drive excellence in execution.
  • Develop and maintain a dashboard to measure team performance and drive improvements. Maintain accurate records documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate training for new hires and coach existing team members to grow; developing them into top-tier producers.
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge on all ancillary systems and the impact of incorrect setup on interdependent systems, processes, accounting and stores
  • Perform cross-functional activities including maintenance and/or research using ancillary systems with clear communication and direction on issues found during analysis.
  • Resolve complex problems given limited information in a time sensitive environment.
  • Collaborate with appropriate business units to resolve issues cross functionally to build and harbor relationships
  • Perform other responsibilities as required by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Associates/2 Yr Degree

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA
