JOB SUMMARY

The supply chain routing analyst administers the wholesale and direct to store reroute process.  The re-route processes are key to 7-Eleven having the right products in the store at the right time.  This role demands attention to detail, communications skills, and accountability to ensure that the delivery route changes are entered into the proper systems and communicated to our stores.  

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer Seasonal and Holiday Wholesale and Direct Store Re-Route process.
  • Communicate with Wholesale Re-route task owners and drive accountability in the process to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Research and answer field logistics questions regarding overall routing process and accountability.
  • Ensure timely submission of route changes to our internal partners and confirm the execution of requests.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs across the Demand Chain team to drive higher productivity in job functions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors/ 4 year Degree

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor / 4-year degree preferred, or 5+ years previous experience in transportation/supply chain, or 2 years' experience with a 4year degree.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel with basic knowledge of SQL query language.
  • Process improvement capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and Decision-making skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
