JOB TITLE: Technical Lead

LOCATION: Irving, TX

DUTIES: Responsible to build, schedule, deploy and monitor campaigns over 10 million emails a day including both Email and Mobile for US and Canada. Perform day-to-day email marketing activities like email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns. Responsible for Marketing tools like Email studio, Mobile studio, Journey builder, Automation studio, and Einstein Overview to build and deploy the ongoing Emails, Pushes and Journeys. Develop Audiences - work with data configuration, manipulations with SQL, audience’s creation, and advanced segmentation. Leverage AmpScript for dynamic content to include information from data extensions in Emails and Push communications. Build and test each email, verify copy, layout, links, and dynamic content and address any spam risks. Send various Newsletters, alerts, product related Email, Mobile Push and SMS campaigns. Monitor existing campaigns and provide reporting to ensure all campaigns are sending as planned. Responsible for end-to-end implementation across all 3 channels Email, Mobile Push and Mobile SMS. Develop and deploy the Mobile Push cloud pages required for the Mobile push and landing pages for the email campaigns. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to help increase the business revenue and brand building. Monitor and review the Journeys to Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing by explaining the outcomes of each activity in the Journey. Use Automation studio for performing actions including imports, extracts and SQL query activities. Implement the daily automations to update the data within the Salesforce from the external systems (Data Bricks). Develop and deploy A/B testing strategy for the better engagement. Collaborate in Strategy meetings for the upcoming projects and assist the new features of the Product. Create Landing Pages / Micro-sites for Customer/lead tracking and details capture. Work in Agile, SCRUM methodologies. Responsible for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development. Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript, Audience Segmentation and Server-Side JavaScript. Responsible for Salesforce API integrations. Responsible for business strategies, audience segmentation, Email/Push/SMS campaigns, and automation workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions, including errors related to data and automation. Perform analytical and business problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript, Audience Segmentation and Server-Side JavaScript; Salesforce API integrations; business strategies, audience segmentation, Email/Push/SMS campaigns, and automation workflows; troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions, including errors related to data and automation; and performing analytical and business problem-solving skills.
