Job Description: Brand Enhancement Technician

Job Summary

TheBrand Enhancement Technicianis responsible for maintaining the visual appearance, safety, and cleanliness of 7-Eleven properties. This role includes power washing, surface cleaning, parking lot striping, light painting, and general maintenance activities. Work orders may be preventative or reactive in nature, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that enhance the brand image and ensure safe navigation for customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Note: Responsibilities may be subject to local, state, or federal regulations.

Power Washing & Cleaning

  • Inspect surfaces to determine appropriate cleaning techniques

  • Set up and operate power washing equipment

  • Remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, loose paint, and gum from surfaces

  • Apply detergents or cleaning solutions as needed

  • Utilize reclamation equipment where required

  • Clean canopies, under decking, and company-owned structures

Striping & Painting

  • Operate striping equipment (hand-held and ride-on units)

  • Measure and mark surfaces using chalk lines, guide marks, and ADA templates

  • Apply paint accurately and evenly to designated areas

  • Ensure compliance with ADA guidelines and safety regulations

  • Perform light interior and exterior painting projects

Maintenance & Equipment

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment

  • Maintain striping and power washing equipment

  • Manage assigned inventory of parts and tools within +/- 1% audit expectations

  • Maintain company vehicle and adhere to scheduled maintenance

General Maintenance & Compliance

  • Conduct general upkeep (lighting, ceiling tiles, wall repair, etc.)

  • Ensure ADA signage is compliant and legible

  • Complete work orders to acceptable quality standards

  • Follow uniform guidelines and safety procedures, including proper PPE use

  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and techniques

Communication & Work Expectations

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners

  • Follow shift start times as defined by management

  • Be available for flexible hours with reasonable notice

This position is classified asHeavy Work, requiring exertion of up to100 pounds of force occasionally.

Education and Experience

  • Education:High School Diploma or GED preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 Hourly
