Marketing Manager - Digital & Delivery - Canada

- Delivery program lead:
- Lead delivery expansion through digital product, cross functional department, and operations integration.
- Drive customer traffic and sales for delivery through own channel and third-party delivery partners
- Manage program operations and financials to drive profitable delivery growth, influencing merchandising, marketing and store operations.
- Strengthen business relationships with third party, delivery partners and identifying new growth opportunitues
- Key liaison with US delivery operations and product team.
- Digital product lead:
- Canada lead for digital product integration – liaise and influence the US product team to meet Canada needs and integrate unique Canadian differences.
- Ensure cross functional teams Canadianize and deliver services as needed to support launches and improvementsfor delivery and other digital programs to support store operations and customer experience.
- Demonstrate a customer obsessed ‘0’ error approach – for external and internal customers - ensuring that every digital product, program, and delivery menu has a formal test protocol before going live.
- Support digital transformation across the organization through:
- reinforcement and education of day-to-day processes for store troubleshooting.
- urgent root cause analysis for macro issues and deploying solutions in partnership with the relevant US team.
- Key SME to support sales building and insight driven growth through partner platforms and 7-eleven data.
- Key field communicator to store operations team enabling insight and success sharing to drive growth.
- Execute other projects as requested by business partners and Director of Marketing & Digital – Canada
- Proven track record of creative and resourceful approaches to unique business challenges
- Demonstrated ability in making brand-appropriate & business building strategic decisions
- Demonstrated ability to ideate and develop plans through data and consumer insights.
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative and pursue opportunities - from scoping to execution
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously ranging from strategy to execution
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills required
- Strong quantitative skills required
- Works well independently and with a small team, project management skills and creativity is a must
Experience:
- 4-year bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Digital or E-commerce knowledge and growth demonstrated: at 7-Eleven or relevant prior experience
- 5 years (+) Store operations multi-unit experience and success
- Leadership capabilities to lead cross functional teams and projects
Location: Remote will be considered for this role.
