Wholesale Contracts Specialist

The Wholesale Contracts Specialist (WCS) manages contract lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and legal standards across ~2,000 wholesale customer accounts. Acting as the primary liaison between departments, this role supports business operations, contract security, financial incentives, and branded programs.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy in drafting, review, and compliance
- Lead and support ~2,000 Wholesale Customer Accounts;1 Sr. Contract Manager; 1 Manager of Development & Admin; 5 Market Managers; ~47 Wholesale Business Consultants; 2 Business Development Managers
- Liaison w/ accounting, legal, and real estate departments
- Validate contract requests and Salesforce entries against approved deals
- Coordinate with accounting, legal, and real estate teams on contracts, rent payments, and security filings
- Prepare and oversee monthly commission rents (~300 accounts @ ~$2M)
- Manage acquisition fuel contracts and incentive agreements
- Act as Salesforce subject matter expert (SME), ensuring system integrity and conducting testing
- Monitor Major Oil Company brand offers and acceptance dates
- Secure and organize all legal documentation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: High School/GED
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years
YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Expertise in CRM/contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in fuel industry and accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
